Manual on Protest Injunctions

The Manual on Protest Injunctions: Practice, Procedure and Persons Unknown was first released in January 2023. Its purpose is to set out the law on protest injunctions, but many of the principles will also apply to other trespass injunctions as well. 

The 3rd version of the Manual is now available (2025, v3). For a short time, it is available to download for free below.
